TVA loses appeal of EPA edict on plants
“These old, dirty coal-fired plants are public enemy number one for clean air and the Smoky Mountain National Park. This ruling clearly shows that TVA has violated the Clean Air Act by failing to reduce emissions when they are doing work to extend the life of these facilities.”
