We just want water
In this mention
Effingham County Schools Superintendent Dr. Michael Moore navigates controversy over the county's proposed wastewater treatment plant and water line extension from Savannah. Moore defends the school board's purchase of land from County Commission Chairman Gregg Howze for a new school, citing infrastructure needs and cost efficiency. The article addresses concerns about tritium contamination from the nearby Savannah River nuclear facility in the proposed water supply.
This thing has got to come to some final understanding of what their charges are going to be and I have to have something that I can take to the Board of Education for approval.
