TVA OKs coal plant scrubbers

In this mention

The Tennessee Valley Authority approved a $1.5 billion contract to install smokestack scrubbers at five coal-fired power plants across the Southeast, expected to reduce sulfur dioxide emissions by approximately 200,000 tons annually. The scrubbers will be installed at Bull Run and Kingston plants in Tennessee, Colbert in Alabama, and Paradise in Kentucky by decade's end. Ulla-Britt Reeves of the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy praised the move as timely for improving air quality and visibility in the Great Smoky Mountains.

This is great and very timely
