Seeking Diversity in the Sustainability Conversation
SEANDRA became the Diversity & Community Partnerships Manager for the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy in December 2009. She leads the development and implementation of strategies to increase awareness and community advocacy from non-traditional communities in the southeast for climate and clean energy policies. As the Chair of SACE's Diversity Committee, Seandra also directs our internal diversity initiatives to deepen our commitment as an organization to diversity and inclusion. Seandra was raised in Georgia and went earned her degree in Political Science from Spelman College. Prior to joining SACE, Seandra worked with the Georgia Sierra Club and with Service Employee's International Union.
