On Thursday, March 21, 2013, President Obama re-nominated respected energy expert and Georgia Institute of Technology professor Dr. Marilyn Brown for a second term on the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Board of Directors. SACE Executive Director, Dr. Stephen Smith, issued this statement regarding the announcement:
