We certainly respect Mr. McCullough and have appreciated his listening to our views. But we are troubled by his support for the Electric Reliability Coordinating Council, which is hiring Republican operatives like (former Republican National Committee Chairman) Haley Barbour and (former National Committee Chairman) Mark Racicot to fight EPA's efforts to enforce the U.S. Senate's clean air laws.
