Nine environmental groups, including the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy, filed a lawsuit challenging the NRC's approval of two new nuclear reactors at Plant Vogtle near Augusta, Georgia, citing inadequate consideration of Fukushima disaster lessons and seismic safety concerns.
