Hazing at TVA nuke plant leads to punitive measures

In this mention

TVA's inspector general investigated hazing of a female contractor at Sequoyah Nuclear Plant and found the practice was routine at TVA nuclear facilities. The report also examined ethics violations involving eight TVA employees accepting gratuities from coal contractors. Stephen Smith of SACE criticized the hazing as unprofessional and dangerous, and expressed concern about TVA's oversight of coal contracts that cost ratepayers millions annually.

It's very inappropriate for people to be horsing around inside a nuclear reactor. That reeks of being dangerous. The ice cooling baskets are designed to be available in the event of danger, and they're up there goofing around. It doesn't build confidence that TVA is managing these very unforgiving machines.
