In its 4th Annual Solar in the Southeast report, the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy projects that, by 2024, Florida will have about 9,930 megawatts of solar on the grid. Georgia will rank second in the region with about 5,860 megawatts, and North Carolina will be third with about 5,250 megawatts.
