Dr. Stephen Smith, Executive Director of Southern Alliance for Clean Energy was in Atlanta for the Clean Power Plan hearings in Atlanta. He spoke with Southeast Green about how the first day of hearings went. The Clean Power Plan seeks to find a expedited path to a stronger clean energy future and also reduce US carbon emissions a lead factor in climate change.
