On November 9, 2022, SACE and representatives from the Memphis Branch NAACP, Sowing Justice, Climate Reality Project: Memphis and Mid-South Regional Chapter, and Friends of the Earth submitted a letter to the Board of Directors of Memphis Light, Gas, and Water (MLGW), describing concerns with the transparency and public input process of their power supply evaluation and outlining steps to help resolve these issues.
