Michelle joined the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy in 2015 and currently serves as the Director of Personnel. Most of her professional career has been in the nonprofit sector. Her varied background includes working as an Executive Director as well as working in development, public relations, volunteer management and community relations.

She enjoys working for SACE and is passionate about the important work the organization does to help make the world a better place. Michelle holds a B.A.A. from Central Michigan University. Michelle received her SHRM-Certified Professional certification in February of 2020.
