SACE request for TVA Draft IRP documents under NEPA, TVA response, and subsequent request for extension of comment period

SACE requested additional documentation for TVA's Draft 2019 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) on March 25, 2019. TVA responded in an email on March 26, 2019 requesting that the request be sent through the TVA Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) inbox. Having received no response on April 2, 2019, SACE and the Center for Biological Diversity submitted a request that TVA extend the comment period past April 8, 2019 until requested documents are made publicly available.
