Letter to NC Gov. Cooper on Equitable Clean Transportation Plan

Alongside our NC partners, we've sent a letter to North Carolina's Governor Cooper, advocating for him to build on the state's transportation electrification efforts and take forceful executive action to reduce NC's transportation emissions through an Equitable Clean Transporation Plan.
