In Honor of Toni Nelson, former SACE staffer

We at the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy are deeply saddened by the sudden and tragic loss of our colleague and friend Toni Nelson who passed away on April 11, 2016.

Toni’s passion and commitment for what she saw as the central issue of our time – mitigating human impact on our ecosystem – guided both her life and career. She will be missed by all in our organization and by those who were fortunate enough to know and work with her.

Along with other previous employers, Southern Alliance for Clean Energy plans to honor her memory and her contributions to the sustainability movement through the development of a scholarship or internship fund. More details will be shared as they become available.
