Description: Join the Florida Climate Alliance for a webinar to learn all about Florida solar power cooperatives, known as the FL SUN program. Part of the Community Power Network, FL SUN (Florida Solar United Neighborhoods) expands access to solar by educating local communities throughout Florida about solar power and harnessing group purchasing power to further lower the cost of going solar. Please join this webinar to learn about the local co-ops already up and running around the state and how you could start one in your own community. We will be joined by Angela DeMonbreun, FLSUN’s Program Director, and Deirdre Macnab, Florida League of Women Voters Natural Resources/Solar Action Chair.
