EPA’s Coal-Related Rulemaking
For the April webinar in SACE’s monthly webinar series, we will provide an overview of the many new coal-related rules in the works at EPA. EPA is charged with developing rules to implement the requirements of laws like the Clean Air and Clean Water acts. As part of this mandate EPA is in the process of designing and issuing new rules that apply to air toxics, criteria pollutants, wastewater and more. This webinar will describe the rulemaking process and many of the key rules currently in the works.
