What: A statement signed by hundreds of economists who support auctioning all credits in a national carbon cap-and-trade program will be unveiled on Capitol Hill, Wednesday, March 4. The statement, which will be delivered to all members of Congress, clearly demonstrates that auctioning is the most efficient and equitable means of distributing carbon credits.
