Comments to EPA on Proposed Coal Ash Regulations
The Southern Alliance for Clean Energy, along with Earthjustice, Environmental Integrity Project, Sierra Club, Natural Resource Defense Council, Southern Environmental Law Centery, Physicians for Social Responsibility, Clean Air Task Force, Kentucky Resource Council and Environmental Justice Resource Center submitted the attached comments to the Environmental Protection Agency regarding the Agency’s proposed new regulations of coal ash.
