Bioenergy: Opportunities and Challenges

For the October webinar in SACE’s monthly webinar series, we will discuss the potential for bioenergy in the Southeast and the role it will play in a federal renewable energy standard (RES). We will also discuss the questions and challenges that our region must answer and face with the implementation of this renewable resource. This will include forest resource availability and impacts as well as an overview of technologies, life-cycle analyses and site-specific impacts.
