ACEEE releases energy efficiency scorecard

Washington, D.C. (October 21) – American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy (ACEEE) released a new state energy efficiency scorecard this morning. Florida’s ranking slipped to 23rd in 2009, marking a decline in energy policy leadership in the state.
