Save Money, Save Energy Workshop – Maynardville, TN

Have you wondered whether drafty windows or doors are making it harder to keep your home cool during the summer heat? Smelled funky fumes coming from your gas heater or stove? Wondered how you could do your part to get cleaner air in your home and community, plus save on your energy bills at the same time? If so, please join us at this workshop to learn about newly available, once-in-a-generation funding, resources, and rebates that everyone can benefit from, regardless of if you own or rent your home or if you have high or low income, through local and federal funds.
KUB is providing free (yes, free) home energy improvements for income-eligible customers through the Home Uplift program. New or repaired HVAC units, attic and wall insulation, appliances, and electric water heaters are just a few of the home energy upgrades that you may receive through Home Uplift, with each home receiving on average $10,000 worth of free upgrades. Plus, the cost of all repair installations or upgrades are also covered, and are handled by professional crews that are ready and waiting to do the work so you don’t have to.
Join us on July 27 at 6 PM to learn how you can benefit from new funding and resources to help you make your home healthier and more comfortable and lower your monthly utility bills with home energy upgrades.
