With nearly one third of climate pollution now coming from our transportation system, the opportunity is ripe to transition to cleaner vehicle technology. To drive us forward, Southern Alliance for Clean Energy introduced Electrify the South: a campaign to offer education and resources to empower individuals and communities to speed the transition to clean, electric transportation throughout the Southeast.

We welcome you to join our network of electric vehicle (EV) enthusiasts if you’d like to stay up to date on EV policy and activities around our region. Individual actions make a difference, it’s important that we not only electrify mass transportation, but also reduce our individual carbon footprints by committing to make our next car electric.

National Drive Electric Week

Later this month, as part of National Drive Electric Week, we’ll be attending events around the Southeast to offer test drives (and rides) in several different makes and models of electric vehicles.
